Aethel started as a small custom development team and grew into a full engineering partner: products, platforms, cloud and applied AI. We work with startups, enterprises and government departments, and we deliver remotely to clients across time zones.

Om founded Aethel in 2018 with a simple conviction: serious software is built by small, senior teams who stay close to the problem. He has since led delivery across enterprise platforms, IoT systems, procurement and healthcare software, cloud migrations and applied AI — working hands-on from architecture through to production.
He remains involved in every engagement, setting technical direction and making sure what we ship is something the team would be happy to maintain years later.
